What you will do

  • Own the commercial performance of the global integration partner portfolio to drive hotel acquisition and partner-sourced ARR.
  • Develop and operationalize the integrated partner program, including tiers, incentives, and certification processes.
  • Implement data-driven engagement models, standardizing QBRs and pipeline attribution using Salesforce.
  • Build and lead a globally distributed team of partner managers across EMEA, North America, and APAC.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to embed partnership motions into the broader GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in technology partnerships with a track record of building commercial partner programs.
  • 3+ years of experience operating in a global environment with clear accountability.
  • Proven ability to drive partner-sourced pipeline contributing directly to revenue.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Must be based in Spain.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the hospitality technology ecosystem (PMS, RMS, CRS).
  • Deep knowledge of how hospitality technology partners buy, sell, and integrate.
