TL;DR

What you will do

  • Define and drive the platform vision, strategy, and positioning.
  • Identify, validate, and prioritize customer and market problems.
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap with a clear focus on outcomes.
  • Ensure value-based prioritization of the product backlog.
  • Implement the AI strategy within the platform.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality Management, Architecture, Marketing, and Sales.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Product Management, ideally in Cybersecurity.
  • Proven ability to make market-driven product decisions and strong strategic thinking.
  • Open-minded approach to agentic engineering and concept development.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English (mandatory).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with large public sector customers (e.g., federal agencies) is a strong advantage.

Hiring process

  • Interview with the Hiring Manager and Peer (approx. 60 minutes).
