• Monitor product performance and manage bug resolution in a timely manner.
• Gather user feedback for platform optimization and maintain document specifications.
• Provide first-level user support and answer product-related questions for internal teams.
• Coordinate product launches to ensure smooth rollouts.
• Establish and maintain a central knowledge base including guidelines, FAQs, and training materials.
• Track project progress independently using Agile methodologies to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Must be based in Munich, Germany to collaborate in the office.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Information Science, or a similar field.
• Initial practical experience in Product Operations, Project Management, or Product Development processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
