Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Cybersecurity): Own delivery and optimization of high-priority platform features through the sprint cycle with an accent on solution design, user testing, and iterative releases. Focus on defining maturity criteria, leading sprint planning, and collaborating with engineering on technically complex features like data modeling, API versioning, and AI applications.

Location: Remote; quarterly travel to offices in Boston, MA; Tysons Corner, VA; or Knoxville, TN required. US Citizenship is a requirement.

What you will do

• Own backlog maintenance, grooming, and prioritization for assigned platform areas with clear acceptance criteria.
• Write testable user stories with Definition of Done and collaborate with QA on test scenarios.
• Work with product team and UX to create user story maps based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering on solution design, data modeling, and architecture for complex features.
• Translate business requirements into technical stories and articulate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Ramp onto new domains, shape strategy with Platform PM, and own definition, delivery, and testing of initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Product Management
• 3+ years as Product Owner, IT consulting, or adjacent role
• Strong critical thinking to ask right questions before solutions.
• Excellence in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrated deep collaboration with engineering on design and implementation.
• Technical fluency for data models, infrastructure, and trade-offs.
• Intellectual agility to shift between problem domains.
• Empathy for customer experience and strong communication across audiences.
