What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle for AI offerings from concept and validation through launch and optimization.
• Engage directly with customers and field teams to identify pain points and unmet needs related to AI capabilities.
• Translate customer insights and market signals into clear product requirements and measurable KPIs for engineering.
• Define, maintain, and communicate a prioritized AI product roadmap aligned with company strategy.
• Partner closely with engineering to plan, scope, and deliver high-quality AI features.
• Execute the go-to-market strategy and evangelize the AI product vision to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience leading the lifecycle of complex technology products from discovery through delivery.
• Mandatory experience with AI capabilities (excluding simple SaaS-based integrations of AI agents).
• Proven ability to convert customer pain points into well-structured product requirements.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in an agile environment to ship impactful features.
• Ability to manage product roadmaps balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
• Must be based in or able to work in Santa Clara, CA on a hybrid basis.
