What you will do

• Own product strategy and execution for the hirify.global Platform portfolio, focusing on OT telemetry, adversary research, and vulnerability intelligence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of rigor and accountability.
• Integrate AI and ML technologies to enhance cybersecurity outcomes and automate threat response.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to drive go-to-market readiness and high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Conduct customer discovery and validation with Global 2000 organizations in critical infrastructure sectors.
• Define and track product KPIs to drive prioritization and communicate business outcomes to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise B2B cybersecurity product management experience.
• 4+ years in a people management role.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience shipping AI- or ML-powered product capabilities.
• Proven track record in MDR, XDR, threat intelligence, or cloud/SaaS delivery.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% for customer and company events.

Nice to have

• Experience with customers in critical infrastructure sectors (electric, oil & gas, manufacturing).
