What you will do

• Participate in business process workshops to identify opportunities for productivity and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, commercial, and finance teams to recommend sustainable SAP solutions.
• Review SAP solution designs and manage the design, build, and testing of locally managed applications.
• Execute integration and regression testing to prevent negative impacts on production environments.
• Monitor SAP system performance using analytics platforms and KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis for technical issues.
• Resolve SAP-related incidents via ServiceNow and provide end-user training and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP business analysis and solution design.
• Expertise in integration and regression testing processes.
• Experience with data migration and orchestrating legacy system extractions.
• Proficiency in using ServiceNow for ticket resolution and support.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Maidstone, or Liverpool.
