What you will do

  • Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to capture user needs and pain points.
  • Translate business requirements into personas, user journeys, use-cases, and user stories.
  • Define the CRM vision, MVP scope, and incremental roadmap.
  • Produce high-quality analysis deliverables including process maps (AS-IS/TO-BE) and integration needs.
  • Conduct structured market exploration and manage the vendor selection process.
  • Coordinate with internal security, architecture, and legal teams to ensure compliant selection.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM tool selection, implementation, or optimization.
  • Knowledge of the Belgian energy market and experience in the energy sector.
  • Fluency in English and French; Dutch is considered a plus.
  • Academic background from an engineering or business school.
  • Experience in structured analysis and collaborating with technical profiles.
