What you will do

• Gather business requirements via meetings and interviews with stakeholders.
• Document requirements as specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Analyze, prioritize requirements, and assess viability and impact.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders, development, and testing teams.
• Manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in QA, create user manuals, and improve processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years as requirements analyst, product owner, scrum master, agile coach, or similar.
• Experience in multiple industries like retail, banking, insurance, or public sector.
• Proactive "doer" mindset with initiative and decisiveness.
• Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Strong cooperation, responsibility, and professional approach.
