TL;DR

Business Developer (Insurance): Leading and participating in Nordic strategic projects and development initiatives within the Property Claims unit with an accent on digital development, business performance analysis, and customer journey optimization. Focus on independently leading large-scale complex projects and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in Turku (Finland) or Gothenburg (Sweden). Some travel is required.

What you will do

  • Lead and participate in key strategic projects and development initiatives within the Nordic Property Claims unit.
  • Drive initiatives spanning digital development, business performance analysis, and customer journey optimization.
  • Collaborate with country organizations, Strategic Partnership units, and Agile IT teams.
  • Create clarity from complex business issues while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Operate at the intersection of business requirements and technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Working proficiency in English and Finnish.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the management consulting industry leading complex projects in an international environment.
  • Proven track record of independently leading large, complex projects to successful completion.
  • University degree in a relevant field (business or technology).
  • Data-driven, methodological, and structured approach to work.

Nice to have

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, IT development, or data analytics.
  • Additional Nordic language proficiency.
  • Background in property, construction, or animal health industries.
