Location: On-site daily at Fort Moore (Ft. Benning), GA, USA

Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide analytical advice to improve command-wide and SOF Enterprise KM and business processes.
• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies using Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Document business process solutions using Microsoft Visio and industry-standard flowcharting.
• Create technical and end-user documentation, including portal wikis and official procedure documents.
• Develop quantitative and qualitative methods to measure the impact of KM initiatives.
• Translate business needs into detailed analytics and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
• Current Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
• Proficiency in business process modeling and Microsoft Visio.
