What you will do
- Hunt for new business through cold calls and emails to book demos.
- Qualify leads and align their business needs with solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Negotiate and close high-impact deals quickly.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to optimize customer experience.
- Manage sales pipeline and track activities within the CRM.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold-calling and lead generation.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Resilience in handling rejection and a collaborative team mindset.
- Must be based in or able to work from Ghent, Belgium.
