What you will do
- Manage existing customer portfolio including retention, cross-sell, and upsell
- Drive the entire sales cycle from awareness to decision stage and close sales
- Prepare and send proposals with close follow-up
- Handle sales funnel management
- Achieve monthly sales targets on new customers, business volume, and revenue
- Convert sales and marketing generated leads and campaigns
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
