What you will do
- Coordinate global marketing efforts and align them with product roadmaps and business goals.
- Identify growth levers through rigorous AB testing and scale initiatives to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with game and community teams to build marketing strategies for major content launches.
- Develop data-driven player profiles and translate insights into actionable creative and channel strategies.
- Expand presence via non-endemic channels (CTV, OOH, podcasts) and refine CRM strategies.
- Define campaign-level KPIs and build measurement frameworks for LTV and cross-channel attribution.
Requirements
- Strong experience in product and performance marketing, ideally within mobile gaming.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing mechanics and the ability to work with large datasets.
- Proven experience partnering with Data Science or Analytics teams to drive measurement strategy.
- Ability to develop structured frameworks and operating rhythms.
- Experience with live-service games or subscription products with strong retention.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to London or Helsinki.
Nice to have
- Experience with media mix modelling, incrementality testing, or P-ROI frameworks.
- Experience managing creative production pipelines at scale.
- International marketing experience across Europe and North America.
