What you will do

  • Own end-to-end product and feature releases, including customer communication and launch campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate technical roadmaps into clear, customer-facing narratives.
  • Develop and maintain messaging frameworks and competitive battle cards.
  • Produce sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, objection handling guides, and demo assets.
  • Design and execute retention and upsell campaigns in collaboration with the Customer Success team.
  • Manage the customer evidence program, including case studies and G2 reviews.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong product marketing foundation.
  • Proven ability to run end-to-end product or feature launch campaigns.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, HR tech, or tools for recruiters.
  • Track record of working with Customer Success teams on post-sale marketing.
  • Must be based in London to support a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to research and scale marketing output.
