Location: Remote, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Hertfordshire, UK time (40 hours per week).

What you will do

• Manage multi-channel campaigns (SEO, paid search, social, local franchise) ensuring consistent execution across locations.
• Track and analyze KPIs (leads, conversions, CPA, ROI), creating actionable insights and dashboards.
• Maintain data integrity in CRM and marketing tools, implementing process improvements.
• Coordinate with agencies for SEO, paid media, creative, and analytics deliverables.
• Provide marketing guidance to franchise owners, troubleshooting issues while upholding brand standards.
• Support Marketing Manager in strategy refinement and scalable systems for franchise performance.

Requirements

• 5–6+ years in marketing operations and performance marketing.
• Prior senior-level experience (e.g., Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Specialist).
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, marketing analytics tools.
• CRM systems experience (Zendesk preferred).
• Agency coordination and end-to-end campaign management.
• Excellent communication for technical/non-technical stakeholders; highly organized.
