What you will do

• Perform cash reconciliation and maintain financial controls to ensure operational reliability.
• Drive month-end close activities and investigate complex financial variances.
• Ensure all processes remain audit-ready and SOX-compliant.
• Collaborate with offshore teams, Finance, Operations, and Engineering to resolve system and bank discrepancies.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable reconciliation solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering.
• Professional experience in financial reconciliation, financial control, or a similar analytical role.
• Deep understanding of account reconciliation and month-end close processes.
• Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies using large datasets.
• Working proficiency in verbal and written English.

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with audit and compliance frameworks.
