What you will do

• Manage client engagements across complex initiatives using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business needs.
• Drive decision-making, negotiation, and delivery in long-term product development projects.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain high responsibility and rigor in task execution.

Requirements

• Hybrid in Portugal - based in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Academic background in Management, Business Management, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years as Business Analyst focused on requirements and processes.
• Minimum 8 years in Project Management across complex initiatives.
• Proven Agile/Scrum experience and strong product development understanding.
• Fluent English required; excellent communication, analytical skills, and critical thinking.
