Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience leading delivery for teams of 15+ people.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (B2).
• Availability for hybrid work in Braga, Portugal.
• Must hold Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit.
