What you will do

• Configure and activate software for large enterprise clients via UI, databases, and scripts.
• Mentor Implementation Specialists and serve as a primary technical escalation point.
• Lead high-revenue, complex, and strategic implementation projects.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Management to ensure a timely and complete implementation process.
• Develop and update internal implementation processes to increase efficiency and turnaround time.
• Conduct client-facing kick-offs, requirement gathering sessions, and configuration reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a delivery organization.
• Experience leading or participating in a PMO team.
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems, practices, and terminology.
• Proven ability to handle customer escalations and manage large-scale projects independently.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain to support the hybrid work format.
