TL;DR
Launch / Onboarding Manager (Fintech): Own end-to-end delivery of partner onboarding from kick-off through go-live and post-launch activities, turning complex regulated brokerage integrations into predictable high-quality launches. Focus on driving cross-functional alignment across Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Operations, managing launch plans, stakeholder communication, and reducing delivery risks.
Location: Hybrid in Germany (work from anywhere in Germany, 4+ days per month onsite in Berlin office)

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end partner launches by owning onboarding plans, milestones, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Drive alignment and decision-making between partnership leads, product, engineering, and executives.
- Run cross-functional workstreams like API integration, ops setup, compliance, and partner enablement.
- Design and improve onboarding playbook with templates, checklists, risk logs, and launch criteria.
- Own stakeholder communication and reporting to leadership and partners.
- Manage post-launch activities for feature expansions and operational changes.
Requirements
- 5+ years in launch management or project/program management in brokerage, fintech, or banking
- Deep understanding of B2B onboarding, structuring plans, managing dependencies, steering stakeholders
- Strong financial services domain expertise (brokerage plus), translating regulatory constraints into plans
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, product, engineering without formal authority
- Comfortable with waterfall, agile, hybrid methods and tools like risk logs and reporting
- Exceptional English and German (C1+)
