hirify.global is a shipping and fulfillment platform that helps merchants automate shipping workflows, from carrier selection to label generation and delivery tracking.

What you will do

  • Execute multi-channel growth campaigns across paid, organic, email, and referral channels.
  • Design and run experiments to optimize acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Manage and optimize paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) focusing on CAC and ROI.
  • Scale a content flywheel to drive SEO and inbound growth.
  • Build and optimize lifecycle flows and nurture sequences within HubSpot.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate and personalize campaign execution.

Requirements

  • ~5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing within B2B SaaS or high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results across multiple acquisition channels.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Milan office (Hybrid).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, GA4, and data visualization tools.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Italian or other European languages.
