Location: Milan, Italy (hybrid, office around four days a week)

What you will do

• Deliver effective media plans based on budget and objectives
• Manage implementation and optimization of digital campaign activities including planning and buying
• Analyze campaigns, deliver competitive reports, and recommend tactical changes to maximize performance
• Stay updated on commercial offers of online channels in performance market
• Use tools like Adserver and Analytics to evaluate plan results
• Handle different digital campaign typologies: awareness, performance, data-driven, retargeting
• Collaborate with agency cross-functional teams and client's suppliers including creative agencies

Requirements

• Fluent English
• University degree preferably in Economics, Advertising or Marketing and Communication
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in digital media planning
• Knowledge of Adserver and Analytics
• Proactivity and collaborating skills
• Accuracy, precision, attention to details, and ability to meet deadlines
