TL;DR
Head of Growth (Gamedev): Leading the expansion of mobile casual games to drive high-quality user acquisition and maximize profitability with an accent on UA strategies, ROAS/LTV modeling, and international scaling. Focus on scaling mobile F2P games in the US market, managing marketing spend, and coordinating cross-functionally between creative and product teams.
Location: Hybrid (Milan, Italy). 4 days per month at the office are required. Relocation package available for those moving to Milan.

What you will do
- Define and execute a sustainable growth strategy to balance user volume and profitability.
- Lead, hire, and mentor the Growth team, fostering a data-driven, high-performance culture.
- Develop and refine UA strategies across Meta, Google, and TikTok to exceed ROAS and CPA benchmarks.
- Collaborate with Product, Creative, and Data teams to align growth efforts with game design and monetization.
- Own revenue forecasting and marketing spend, managing KPIs including MER and cash flow.
- Drive the successful launch of new games from soft launch to global scale.
Requirements
- Proven experience in scaling mobile F2P games.
- Strong expertise in UA metrics, ROAS, MER, and cash flow management.
- Experience in creative-driven performance marketing and LTV/ROAS modeling.
- Deep understanding of international markets, with a strong focus on the US mobile gaming dynamics.
- Strong leadership skills capable of structuring and scaling high-performing teams.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Data teams.

- Experience with non-traditional channels like CTV, influencer marketing, and community engagement.
