What you will do

• Own the measurement strategy for paid and performance marketing focusing on attribution and incrementality.
• Design and evaluate conversion and lift tests to quantify true incremental ROI.
• Drive budget optimization across channels and campaigns using marginal return analysis.
• Lead performance analytics across search, social, SEO, and lifecycle marketing.
• Develop attribution frameworks and create dashboards to surface relevant KPIs.
• Partner with Growth, Product, Finance, and Data Science teams to align spend with growth and LTV outcomes.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in growth or marketing analytics within a digital-first or SaaS environment.
• Deep expertise in incrementality testing, multi-touch attribution, and media mix modeling.
• Proven track record of designing and interpreting A/B and lift tests at scale.
• Strong data visualization skills and ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable narratives.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in SMB-focused platforms or subscription-based digital products.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics tooling for anomaly detection, forecasting, or insight automation.
• MBA or advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
