What you will do

  • Partner with Channel Marketing executives to shape strategy, optimize investment, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Own measurement frameworks, including attribution, incrementality, causal inference, and experimentation.
  • Build and scale test-and-learn practices such as A/B testing, geo experiments, and MMM enhancements.
  • Lead analytics for targeting, bidding strategies, spend allocation, and engagement patterns across the full funnel.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing team of analysts, establishing shared methodologies and analytical standards.
  • Apply AI/ML and GenAI tools to automate insight generation, optimize predictive bidding, and enhance storytelling.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or data-driven growth roles.
  • Proven ability to design and operationalize attribution models, incrementality frameworks, and multi-touch testing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing analytics teams.
  • Hands-on experience with modern mar-tech ecosystems and cloud-based data environments.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Strong executive-facing communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in EdTech, marketplace, or multi-channel performance environments.
  • Expertise in MMM, revenue forecasting, and marginal ROI analysis.
  • Knowledge of uplift modeling and quasi-experimental approaches (e.g., synthetic controls).
  • Fluency in operationalizing AI-driven levers like predictive bidding and clustering.
