TL;DR

Senior CRM Analyst (Marketing Analytics): Own the analytical evaluation of CRM activity, diagnose changes in customer and CRM performance, design and conduct experiments like A/B tests. Focus on turning analysis into decisions, articulating data insights to stakeholders, and improving customer measurement over time.

Location: Hybrid: 2 days/week in London

What you will do

  • Own analytical evaluation of CRM activity, defining impact measurement, success metrics, and conclusion confidence.
  • Diagnose performance changes, form hypotheses, and identify root causes under time pressure.
  • Design and conduct experiments like holdouts and A/B tests, understanding causality, limitations, and risks.
  • Turn analysis into actionable decisions, clearly communicating what data supports.
  • Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and analytics stakeholders, adapting communication style.
  • Improve ongoing customer measurement and understanding beyond basic reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience applying analytical judgement to business problems, choosing methods and understanding trade-offs.
  • Evaluating CRM or customer activity with non-obvious causality.
  • Structuring ambiguous problems into clear analytical questions.
  • Explaining reasoning to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on data work to support decisions.
  • Proficiency in SQL essential; experience with Tableau (Git, dbt nice to have).
