What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of key marketplace and retailer clients end-to-end, from onboarding to optimization.
• Build strategic partnerships with senior-level stakeholders as a trusted business advisor.
• Devise tailored growth roadmaps to accelerate ad revenue and ROI for enterprise customers.
• Lead business reviews and translate campaign metrics and market context into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface innovation opportunities based on client feedback.
• Develop reusable playbooks, training materials, and scalable workflows for the growth team.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, retail media, eCommerce marketplaces, or business development.
• Proven track record of independently managing strategic client relationships and delivering measurable growth.
• Deep familiarity with performance advertising, programmatic ecosystems, and commerce media dynamics.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior-level contacts.
• Fluency in Korean and English is required.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and engineers.
