What you will do
- Act as the primary strategic partner and trusted advisor for the largest enterprise customers to maximize value and advocacy.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including implementation timelines, training, and adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales teams to advocate for customer needs and influence the product roadmap.
- Own the customer renewal process by proactively mitigating risks and ensuring high retention rates.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts in coordination with Account Managers.
- Conduct strategic reviews and analyze customer health metrics (NPS, CSAT) to demonstrate ROI.
Requirements
- Professional-level fluency in both Korean and English (written and spoken).
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Proven track record in driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Experience with HubSpot and Customer Success software such as ChurnZero.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-stakes stakeholder conversations.
- Available to work remotely from any location.
