What you will do
- Own a territory or named-account book and lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for net-new and expansion.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships; multi-thread across business and technical stakeholders.
- Run structured discovery, account planning, tailored demos, and executive narratives.
- Guide customers through technical validation, security reviews, legal redlines, procurement, and stakeholder alignment.
- Forecast accurately, drive urgency, and partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product for rollout plans.
- Bring customer feedback to iterate sales motions and influence product roadmap.
Requirements
- 8–15+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software with proven record of closing large, complex deals
- Strong executive communication and navigating complex org structures
- Experience selling to technical buyers (CIO, CTO, VP of Product/Engineering) and aligning product to technical/business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder diligence (security, legal, procurement)
- High agency, resilience, hands-on with AI and modern workflows
- Native level Korean, business level English (writing and speaking)
Nice to have
- Experience with usage-based/consumption pricing models
- Prior experience in enterprise expansion (land-and-expand) and global accounts
- Experience selling developer tooling, APIs, data platforms, infrastructure, or AI products
