Account Executive - Enterprise (Korea): Lead strategic engagements with large, complex organizations—building executive relationships, navigating sophisticated buying processes, and closing high-impact deals with an accent on multi-threaded, multi-year opportunities. Focus on structured discovery, technical validation, orchestrating security/legal/procurement reviews, and partnering with internal teams for rollout and value realization.

Location: Seoul, South Korea (Hybrid - in-office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays; in-person collaboration essential)

What you will do

  • Own a territory or named-account book and lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for net-new and expansion.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships; multi-thread across business and technical stakeholders.
  • Run structured discovery, account planning, tailored demos, and executive narratives.
  • Guide customers through technical validation, security reviews, legal redlines, procurement, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Forecast accurately, drive urgency, and partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product for rollout plans.
  • Bring customer feedback to iterate sales motions and influence product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 8–15+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software with proven record of closing large, complex deals
  • Strong executive communication and navigating complex org structures
  • Experience selling to technical buyers (CIO, CTO, VP of Product/Engineering) and aligning product to technical/business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder diligence (security, legal, procurement)
  • High agency, resilience, hands-on with AI and modern workflows
  • Native level Korean, business level English (writing and speaking)

Nice to have

  • Experience with usage-based/consumption pricing models
  • Prior experience in enterprise expansion (land-and-expand) and global accounts
  • Experience selling developer tooling, APIs, data platforms, infrastructure, or AI products
