What you will do
- Lead engagements with key US government entities including the DOS, DOC, DTSA, and DSCA to build awareness of priority programs.
- Develop and execute international engagement strategies in partnership with growth leads to drive global revenue.
- Provide strategic guidance on technology security, foreign disclosure, direct commercial sales, and foreign military sales.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with defense and political-military officials in foreign embassies in Washington, DC.
- Represent the company within influential international defense and trade organizations.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure strict adherence to export control compliance requirements.
Requirements
- University degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with 10+ years of experience.
- Active Security Clearance is mandatory.
- Deep expertise in U.S. government security, export advocacy processes, and export control laws.
- 4-6 years of direct experience working within the Department of War, Department of State, or Department of Commerce.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
