What you will do

• Build and maintain high-level relationships with VP, SVP, and C-suite leaders at major homebuilding firms.
• Partner with Account Executives to open executive doors and support multi-division enterprise deals.
• Design and deliver high-impact training to ensure customers extract maximum value and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with the Product team to identify customer pain points and inform the product roadmap.
• Accelerate platform adoption across divisions and align division-level success with corporate strategy.

Requirements

• Former VP, SVP, or above at a national or large regional homebuilder.
• Experience operating at a corporate level or managing multiple divisions.
• Strong background in land development, operations, or similar functional areas.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence without authority.
• Must be based in the United States.
