What you will do
- Lead multiple digital transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, sales, and customer service to gather requirements.
- Develop and implement digital strategies to improve eCommerce capabilities and user experience.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the eCommerce platform.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of digital initiatives and report progress to senior management.
- Manage project budgets and facilitate change management for the adoption of new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in digital transformation and eCommerce.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer experience strategies.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
