What you will do

• Manage day-to-day project delivery activities, coordinating stakeholder alignment, communications, and change readiness.
• Develop contingency plans for delivery and adoption risks, escalating issues with clear options and impact analysis.
• Direct and motivate cross-functional delivery teams including IT, business SMEs, and vendors to drive timely decision-making.
• Evaluate deliverables to ensure agreed outcomes are met and align milestones with training and rollout readiness plans.
• Monitor project results for deviations and incorporate stakeholder feedback into delivery adjustments.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in program/project management (charters, scheduling, scope, risk, and governance).
• Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and proven experience applying Agile (Scrum, SAFe).
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate teams and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across business, product, and engineering functions.
• Must have valid US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
