What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of key web initiatives aligned with strategic priorities and business value.
  • Transform high-level strategy and product roadmaps into actionable plans, milestones, and squad backlogs.
  • Lead cross-functional squads using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid agile methodologies to optimize workflow.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Design, Engineering, and other teams from concept to launch.
  • Identify and resolve delivery roadblocks, manage risks, dependencies, and governance standards.
  • Provide transparent updates on progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as Senior Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar in digital/web delivery.
  • Hands-on expertise leading agile teams in Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid environments.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders from technical teams to executives.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills for complex situations.
  • Resilient mindset for navigating ambiguity, priorities, and dependencies.

Nice to have

  • Track record delivering large-scale public websites or web transformation projects.
  • Experience in product-led digital teams.
  • Familiarity with modern web platforms, CMS, and design systems.
  • Agile certifications like CSM or PMP-ACP.
