What you will do

• Lead 3–6 concurrent IT projects through the full lifecycle using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and costs, executing rigorous change management and impact assessments.
• Develop and maintain core deliverables, including detailed project plans and RAID logs.
• Identify and mitigate risks to protect delivery outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and provide executive-ready status summaries.
• Coordinate project resources and resolve inter-team dependencies to maintain momentum.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work in Chattanooga, TN
• 4–6 years of experience in a formal Project Management role.
• Demonstrated success in managing medium-to-high complexity projects on time and within budget.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional technical experience.
• Expert knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong ability to influence without authority and present complex information to upper management.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-driven project management tools.
