What you will do
- Close sales from inbound and outbound phone calls, incoming emails, and live chat.
- Respond to sales account calls professionally and timely, building rapport and mining customer data.
- Escalate serious sales issues and prioritize them calmly.
- Comprehend and interpret customer information confidently.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
- Committed to hard work, competitive spirit, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport.
