What you will do
- Field inbound calls to help customers optimize their online presence.
- Educate customers on website effectiveness and current marketing strategies.
- Provide consultations to identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Resolve customer issues within the designated scope of support.
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and daily sales targets.
- Apply consultative sales techniques to close deals with integrity.
Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of Sales experience.
- Exceptional persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
