What you will do
- Field inbound calls and identify opportunities to enhance customers' online presence.
- Educate customers on websites and marketing strategies to highlight the value of online presence.
- Provide consultations to spot cross-sell/upsell opportunities and recommend suitable products/services.
- Resolve issues within support scope.
- Meet key metrics like customer satisfaction and daily sales targets.
- Apply sales skills to understand needs and close deals with integrity in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience and drive to exceed objectives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed.
