Sales Development Representative

What you will do

• Exceed objectives in assigned territory by delivering hirify.global's value proposition and creating solution visions.
• Participate in outbound calling to generate sales opportunities and qualify leads from various sources.
• Follow up with contacts, distribute qualified leads, and schedule appointments for sales executives.
• Create emails and scripts, update CRM with interactions, and complete sales reports for management.
• Conduct market research on products, competitors, and industry trends; represent at trade shows with some travel.

Requirements

• Location: Must be in Philippines for remote work
• 1-2+ years in a Sales Development Role
• Pro-active, goal-oriented with excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in sales career; experience in eLearning, education, or enterprise software preferred
• Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or related

• Previous experience in eLearning, education sector, enterprise software, or high-tech solutions
