What you will do

• Develop design flows for leading-edge 3D IC designs using the Integrity 3D-IC platform.
• Focus on system-level planning and physical implementation using Innovus.
• Collaborate with global top-tier customers to analyze design specifications and challenges in advanced package designs.
• Work with internal R&D and field engineering teams to develop and validate new 3D IC integration flows.
• Provide R&D with customer feedback and field intelligence to align product direction with technical needs.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in ASIC digital implementation or relevant fields.
• In-depth understanding of the latest EDA tools for physical design.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Tcl, Perl, or Python.
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing).

Nice to have

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 10+ years of experience in ASIC digital implementation.
• Deep understanding of design methodology and tool features for 3D integration.
• Knowledge of design challenges in advanced package design and deep sub-micron solutions.
