What you will do
- Act as the primary strategic partner for clients, building trust and proactively solving business challenges.
- Oversee daily execution across media and creative teams to ensure projects exceed expectations and deadlines.
- Collaborate with media strategists to analyze campaign data and identify new growth opportunities.
- Translate performance metrics into clear, actionable narratives and strategic recommendations for clients.
- Manage financial operations for accounts, including precise forecasting, budget tracking, and campaign pacing.
- Integrate generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Midjourney to streamline workflows and spark creative ideas.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an agency or client services environment.
- Proven success in performance marketing, specifically in paid media execution and optimization.
- Strong financial fluency with experience owning budgets and media pacing.
- Data-savvy ability to interpret campaign metrics and pivot strategy accordingly.
- Must be a resident of the U.S. or Canada; visa sponsorship is not provided.
- Comfortable using and experimenting with AI tools to increase speed and quality of delivery.
Nice to have
- Experience within ecommerce, education, or B2B verticals.
- Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics platforms.
- Proven track record of upselling or growing existing client accounts.
- Working knowledge of project management tools such as ClickUp or Asana.
