What you will do
- Own global paid media strategy, performance optimization, and measurement across all channels, verticals, and clients.
- Drive growth of managed media spend while balancing performance, efficiency, and profitability.
- Partner with Strategy, Data Intelligence, Sales, and Client teams for alignment, pitches, and expansions.
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing paid media teams with focus on skills, training, and modern capabilities like AI-assisted buying.
- Ensure profitability through staffing, pricing, and efficiency measures.
- Establish operating rhythms, KPIs, dashboards, and process improvements using internal tools.
Requirements
- 10+ years in paid media, performance marketing, or media leadership.
- Proven experience owning large-scale (9-figure+) managed media portfolios across multi-channel teams and verticals.
- Track record balancing performance with profitability, plus business and financial acumen.
- Strong people leadership to attract, develop, and hold teams accountable.
- Data-driven with strategic and executional comfort; clear communicator for executives and clients.
