What you will do
- Lead end-to-end operational oversight of campaign setup and billing in coordination with Brand Studios, Legal, and Financial Operations.
- Manage complex creative ad builds across all platforms, ensuring technical specifications and KPIs are met.
- Monitor the health of high-value campaigns and proactively troubleshoot operational delivery issues.
- Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies to reduce manual tasks and accelerate campaign launch timelines.
- Act as a consultant for sales and client experience leads, providing data-driven creative performance evaluations.
- Resolve complex billing and reconciliation issues in partnership with legal and collections teams.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in digital advertising operations, campaign management, or a related field.
- Must be based in the USA (implied by 401k and US-specific benefits).
- Technical proficiency with Google Workspace and macOS.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-value projects under tight deadlines.
- BS/BA degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
