What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end operational oversight of campaign setup and billing in coordination with Brand Studios, Legal, and Financial Operations.
  • Manage complex creative ad builds across all platforms, ensuring technical specifications and KPIs are met.
  • Monitor the health of high-value campaigns and proactively troubleshoot operational delivery issues.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies to reduce manual tasks and accelerate campaign launch timelines.
  • Act as a consultant for sales and client experience leads, providing data-driven creative performance evaluations.
  • Resolve complex billing and reconciliation issues in partnership with legal and collections teams.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in digital advertising operations, campaign management, or a related field.
  • Must be based in the USA (implied by 401k and US-specific benefits).
  • Technical proficiency with Google Workspace and macOS.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-value projects under tight deadlines.
  • BS/BA degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a client-facing operational role for a large-scale media company.
  • Deep understanding of current digital advertising industry trends.
