What you will do

• Launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, paid social, and programmatic platforms.
• Develop keywords, audiences, and bidding strategies aligned with media plans.
• Optimize bids, budgets, and creatives based on performance trends and A/B testing.
• Generate performance reports and dashboards using CPA and ROAS metrics.
• Manage UTM tracking, conversion events, and pixel implementation.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to innovate campaign strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns, specifically paid search.
• Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, or DSPs.
• Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics, Excel, and ad platform reporting.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Search Ads 360, and UTM tracking.
• Knowledge of integrating campaigns with CRMs like Salesforce, EveryAction, or Blackbaud.
