What you will do
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to meet client business goals and drive measurable results.
- Act as the primary strategic advisor and point of contact for high-level client relationships.
- Analyze performance data to derive actionable insights and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage project workflows and team alignment through agile standups and accountability frameworks.
- Oversee account financials, including budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and documentation.
- Mentor internal team members and coordinate resources to ensure client success.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in a digital agency leading paid media accounts.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Proven track record of driving performance in B2B, Financial Services, or similar complex verticals.
- Must be a resident of the U.S. or Canada; no visa sponsorship available.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions based on hard data.
- Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Perplexity to optimize professional workflows.
