What you will do

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to meet client business goals and drive measurable results.
• Act as the primary strategic advisor and point of contact for high-level client relationships.
• Analyze performance data to derive actionable insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage project workflows and team alignment through agile standups and accountability frameworks.
• Oversee account financials, including budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and documentation.
• Mentor internal team members and coordinate resources to ensure client success.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in a digital agency leading paid media accounts.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Proven track record of driving performance in B2B, Financial Services, or similar complex verticals.
• Must be a resident of the U.S. or Canada; no visa sponsorship available.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions based on hard data.
• Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Perplexity to optimize professional workflows.
