User Acquisition Manager (Performance Marketing): Planning, buying, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across paid social, search, and programmatic channels with an accent on data-driven media buying, creative strategy, and competitive analysis. Focus on analyzing multi-channel performance, launching in new markets, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality registrations at scale.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX or New York, NY (US)

Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 a year

What you will do

  • Plan, buy, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across paid social, search, and programmatic channels like TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness across channels and geos, optimizing performance to meet KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Growth Creative team on ad creatives, strategy, and breakthrough ideas.
  • Launch and guide user acquisition in new exploratory markets using market intelligence.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and recommendations on pacing, tracking, and improvements.
  • Contribute to team meetings, initiatives, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years proven experience in performance marketing / user acquisition on Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions; comfortable with numbers and data processing.
  • Experience driving revenue/user growth via acquisition channels.
  • Strong Excel skills required; SQL is a plus.
  • Experience in distributed teams across geographies.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, privacy/attribution challenges; analytics and BI tools.

Nice to have

  • SQL proficiency.
  • Direct experience with analytics and attribution solutions.
