Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX or New York, NY (US)
Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 a year

What you will do
- Plan, buy, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across paid social, search, and programmatic channels like TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness across channels and geos, optimizing performance to meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with Growth Creative team on ad creatives, strategy, and breakthrough ideas.
- Launch and guide user acquisition in new exploratory markets using market intelligence.
- Produce reports, presentations, and recommendations on pacing, tracking, and improvements.
- Contribute to team meetings, initiatives, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 2-5 years proven experience in performance marketing / user acquisition on Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions; comfortable with numbers and data processing.
- Experience driving revenue/user growth via acquisition channels.
- Strong Excel skills required; SQL is a plus.
- Experience in distributed teams across geographies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, privacy/attribution challenges; analytics and BI tools.
