What you will do
- Own and lead the B2B performance marketing strategy and the end-to-end media engine.
- Execute full-funnel media campaigns using LinkedIn ABM, Google Ads, and mid-funnel consideration channels.
- Develop measurement frameworks to track account engagement, lead quality, and revenue impact in partnership with Sales and Marketing Ops.
- Design and run controlled experiments to optimize channel performance and derive actionable learnings.
- Collaborate with Creative and Copy teams to produce effective assets for diverse audiences and funnel stages.
- Build scalable processes for campaign execution, reporting, and optimization.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in paid media from either a B2B or B2C background.
- Proficiency across channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and display.
- Deep understanding of audience strategy, message testing, and funnel performance.
- Analytical, data-driven approach to connecting marketing activity to commercial outcomes like pipeline and revenue.
- Ability to collaborate across Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, Sales, and Product Marketing teams.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from London or Madrid (Hybrid)
