What you will do

• Lead strategic direction for priority client accounts, translating challenges into growth opportunities.
• Develop growth roadmaps, strategy briefs, and measurement frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct audience insights, competitive analysis, and market intelligence.
• Partner with media, SEO, CRM, creative, and analytics teams to shape channel strategies and investments.
• Interpret performance data and lead strategic narratives in business reviews.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients and enable strategic thinking across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing strategy, brand strategy, integrated strategy, or growth strategy.
• Experience developing integrated, cross-channel marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to turn research and performance data into insights.
• Ability to translate business objectives into strategic direction.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience collaborating with media, creative, digital experience, CRM, and analytics teams.
• Comfort in complex environments, bringing clarity to ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Agency environment experience.
• Industry experience in education, CPG, or B2B.
• Annual planning or strategic roadmapping experience.
• Presenting strategy to senior stakeholders.
