Salary: $110,000 — $120,000 USD (US Remote Range)

What you will do
- Develop and implement paid search strategies across retail media networks to drive performance and growth.
- Lead and manage a team of paid search specialists, providing mentorship and development.
- Collaborate with analytics, creative, and account teams for integrated media plans aligned with client goals.
- Analyze performance data to deliver insights, optimizations, and maximum ROI.
- Oversee campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Build client relationships, present reports, and stay ahead of industry trends in paid search and retail media.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in paid search advertising, focused on retail media networks
- Minimum 3 years in client-facing roles
- Proven track record managing enterprise-level paid search campaigns
- Deep knowledge of Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Best Buy Ads, Target Roundel
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving skills; team leadership experience
- Location: Mountain or Pacific time zones required
